1080 Snowboarding

Looking for snowboarding thrills? Don't even look at anything else, on ANY system. 1080 is the standard for all Snowboarding Video Games. Made by Miyamoto's Development Team, EAD, 1080 Snowboarding goes in with some of the best graphics on the system.

Gameplay 1080 starts you off with 6 Boarders and 3 Stages to choose from but when you get a chance to work through it, 1080 becomes a very deep game. Board Goofy or Regular Style on Up to 14 Boards while taking out the competition.

You can only race against one person at a time because of memory constraints (Where were you when I needed you, RAM Pack?) but that still doesn't mean you can do some wicked moves and race down realistic snow at a steady 20 FPS.

Graphics If you were somewhat worried about the graphic intensity of 1080 should look at Waverace. The Water was so realistic. But what do you get when you freeze that water and spray some snow around. You then have 1080.

The graphics are some of the best on the system. I like how when you shred through the ice, you can see the board cuts in your reflection on the ice and how powder flys far out when you land a jump in a Bundle of snow.

Engine The control is as tight as you can get. With mastery of the Control Stick, you'll be a 1080 king. A is for jumping, B is for Tricks and R is for Switching sides and 360's. With control that simple, a 5 Year Old could become a vet within Hours.

Multiplayer Almost non-existant, You have your 1-on-1 and that's it. Either take it or leave it. I personally think taking turns at the Halfpipe, trying to beat each others previous scores is way better than bland 1-on-1.

Overall While the game will probably get boring after about 5 Days, 1080 has the juice to get loose at a party and is definately one of my personal favorite games of all time.
